Fat: 89.37g | Prot: 86.35g | Carb: 106.42g.   Breakfast:  Egg, Gouda Cheese, Anaheim Chile. Lunch:  Beef Top Sirloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat), Guacamole, Corn Tortilla, Tortilla Corn Chips, Pork and Beef Sausage. Dinner:  Beef Top Sirloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat). Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Chocolate Cake (with Chocolate Frosting).
