Fat: 97.68g | Prot: 143.83g | Carb: 108.15g.   Breakfast:  Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt, Horizon Organic 1% Milk, Tropicana 100% Pure & Natural Orange Juice, Welch's Natural Strawberry Spread. Lunch:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Honey Roasted Walnuts, Mixed Salad Greens, Oil and Vinegar Salad Dressing (Home Recipe). Dinner:  Checkers 1/4 LB. Champ with Cheese Burger, Checkers French Fries (Small), Chicken Wing. Snacks/Other:  Zone Perfect Classic Nutrition Bar - Fudge Graham.
