Fat: 46.78g | Prot: 77.16g | Carb: 191.47g.   Breakfast:  Fat Free Half and Half, No Calorie Sweetener Packets, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , Ginger Almond & Cashew Granola, Blueberries , Greek Style Yogurt - Honey. Lunch:  Light Balsamic Vinaigrette, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Chicken Breast, Baby Carrots. Dinner:  Fiesta Enchilada Bake, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Fat Free Sweet Vinegar & Olive Oil Salad Dressing, Green String Beans, Creamy Parmesan Risotto. Snacks/Other:  Clif Bar - Crunchy Peanut Butter, Bran muffin, 1% Fat Milk, Ginger Almond & Cashew Granola.
