Fat: 46.78g | Prot: 77.16g | Carb: 191.47g.   Breakfast:  Blueberries , Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , Fat Free Half and Half, Ginger Almond & Cashew Granola, Greek Style Yogurt - Honey, No Calorie Sweetener Packets. Lunch:  Baby Carrots, Chicken Breast, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Light Balsamic Vinaigrette. Dinner:  Creamy Parmesan Risotto, Fat Free Sweet Vinegar & Olive Oil Salad Dressing, Fiesta Enchilada Bake, Green String Beans, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables. Snacks/Other:  1% Fat Milk, Bran muffin, Clif Bar - Crunchy Peanut Butter, Ginger Almond & Cashew Granola.
