Dinner: Creamy Parmesan Risotto, Fat Free Sweet Vinegar & Olive Oil Salad Dressing, Fiesta Enchilada Bake, Green String Beans, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables. Snacks/Other: 1% Fat Milk, Bran muffin, Clif Bar - Crunchy Peanut Butter, Ginger Almond & Cashew Granola.
