Fat: 72.00g | Prot: 73.09g | Carb: 240.05g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, coffee, splenda, kashi honey sunshine cereal. Lunch:  Mixed Salad Greens, 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Tomatoes, Almonds , Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese, Balsamic Breeze Vinaigrette Dressing Salad Spritzers, Dried Cranberries, Carrots , Cucumber (with Peel) , starkist tuna creations garlic and herb. Dinner:  chicken enchilada, tortilla chips. Snacks/Other:  Creamy Peanut Butter, Granny Smith Apples, werthers, mocha, sugar, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Black Tea Bags, Milk Chocolate M&M's.
