Fat: 72.00g | Prot: 73.09g | Carb: 240.05g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, coffee, kashi honey sunshine cereal, splenda. Lunch:  100% Whole Wheat Bread, Almonds , Balsamic Breeze Vinaigrette Dressing Salad Spritzers, Carrots , Cucumber (with Peel) , Dried Cranberries, Mixed Salad Greens, Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese, starkist tuna creations garlic and herb, Tomatoes. Dinner:  chicken enchilada, tortilla chips. Snacks/Other:  Black Tea Bags, Creamy Peanut Butter, Granny Smith Apples, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Milk Chocolate M&M's, mocha, sugar, werthers.
