Fat: 26.30g | Prot: 76.74g | Carb: 233.34g.   Breakfast:  coffee, fat free american yellow, honey roasted turkey, portuguese roll. Lunch:  peach, pear, Plum. Dinner:  baby corn, bok choi, celery, green peppers, mushrooms, napa, salt, scallions, stir fry sauce, tenderloin pork. Snacks/Other:  chex mix, chocolate, popping corn.
