Fat: 54.16g | Prot: 102.42g | Carb: 266.76g.   Breakfast:  Egg, Homestyle Waffle, Kale, Mini Sweet Peppers, Mozzarella Cheese, Onions , Sugar Free Syrup, Turkey Sausage. Lunch:  Bread, Cheese Filled Ravioli, Green Olives (Pickled, Canned or Bottled), Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Squid, Vodka Sauce. Dinner:  Seaweed Salad, Sushi.
