Fat: 54.16g | Prot: 102.42g | Carb: 266.76g.   Breakfast:  Mozzarella Cheese, Onions , Kale, Mini Sweet Peppers, Sugar Free Syrup, Homestyle Waffle, Turkey Sausage, Egg. Lunch:  Bread, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Squid, Green Olives (Pickled, Canned or Bottled), Cheese Filled Ravioli, Vodka Sauce. Dinner:  Seaweed Salad, Sushi.
