Lunch:  Green Peas, Cheemo Potato and Cheddar Cheese Perogies, Beef Brisket (Lean Only Eaten), Onions, Liberty Sour Cream, Mushrooms. Dinner:  Pizza with Meat, Lasagna with Meat, Toasted Garlic Bread, Gouda Cheese. Snacks/Other:  Peek Freans Shortcake Biscuits.
