Fat: 57.65g | Prot: 52.42g | Carb: 155.82g.   Breakfast:  Cream (Half & Half), Espresso Coffee, Liberte Greek 0% Vanilla Yogurt, Strawberries. Lunch:  Asparagus, Cheemo Potato and Cheddar Cheese Perogies, Fresh Pork Sausage, Green Peas. Dinner:  Burger King Poutine, Costco Hot Dog, Ketchup, KFC A&W Root Beer (64 oz), Mustard, Sauerkraut (Solid and Liquids, Canned), Sweet Pickle Relish.
