Fat: 57.65g | Prot: 52.42g | Carb: 155.82g.   Breakfast:  Cream (Half & Half), Espresso Coffee, Strawberries, Liberte Greek 0% Vanilla Yogurt. Lunch:  Cheemo Potato and Cheddar Cheese Perogies, Fresh Pork Sausage, Asparagus, Green Peas. Dinner:  Costco Hot Dog, Burger King Poutine, KFC A&W Root Beer (64 oz), Ketchup, Mustard, Sweet Pickle Relish, Sauerkraut (Solid and Liquids, Canned).
