Lunch:  Dannon Oikos Traditional Greek Yogurt - Banana Cream, Market Pantry Deli Style Sliced Black Forest Ham, Land O'Lakes Deli American Cheese Slices, Lamb Shoulder Chop. Dinner:  Turkey Chili with black beans, Green Leaf Lettuce, Tomatoes, Sara Lee 45 Calories & Delightful Wheat Bread, Turkey Salad.
