Lunch:  Dannon Oikos Traditional Greek Yogurt - Banana Cream, Lamb Shoulder Chop, Land O'Lakes Deli American Cheese Slices, Market Pantry Deli Style Sliced Black Forest Ham. Dinner:  Green Leaf Lettuce, Sara Lee 45 Calories & Delightful Wheat Bread, Tomatoes, Turkey Chili with black beans, Turkey Salad.
