Fat: 41.45g | Prot: 80.92g | Carb: 182.07g.   Breakfast:  Coffee with Milk, Granny Smith Apples, Milk (Fat Free or Skim, Calcium Fortified), No Sugar Peanut Butter, Traditional Oats. Lunch:  Lean Minced Beef, Penne, Tropical Stir Fry. Dinner:  beans, hake, juice low gi, mashed, tomato and onion. Snacks/Other:  coffee with milk, Golden Delicious Apples, Peach, Smooth Low Fat Flavoured Yoghurt.
