Fat: 73.12g | Prot: 74.56g | Carb: 310.82g.   Breakfast:  bacon, waffle, Light Vegetable Oil Spread, strawberry jelly, coffe creamer. Dinner:  Tilapia (Fish), Valley Fresh Steamers Cheesy Rice and Broccoli. Snacks/Other:  girl scout, Do-Si-Dos, Cheddar Brats, Cap'n Crunch's Crunch Berries, Milk (Nonfat), Fruit Filled Cookie Bar.
