Fat: 93.48g | Prot: 81.59g | Carb: 346.16g.   Breakfast:  Oranges, Bananas, Puerto Rican Style Vienna Sausages Stewed with Potatoes (Salchichas Guisadas), Pico de Gallo. Lunch:  Rasin Bran Crunchy Granola, Milk (Nonfat). Dinner:  Pizza with Meat. Snacks/Other:  Gin, Genuine Draft 64, Red Table Wine, Chocolate Chip Cookie.
