Fat: 86.91g | Prot: 62.27g | Carb: 307.26g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Oranges. Lunch:  Carrot Chips, Light Ranch Reduced Fat Dressing, Roasted Potatoes, Broccoli & Cheddar Cheese Sauce. Dinner:  Charbroiled Steak Torta, guac, Tortilla Corn Chips. Snacks/Other:  apples, Chocolate Chip Cookie, oranges, Strawberry Nonfat Yogurt.
