Fat: 70.42g | Prot: 94.09g | Carb: 298.76g.   Breakfast:  bread, marmalade, poached eggs. Lunch:  boiled ham, brown bread, minestrone soup, pate, satsuma, smoked salmon, tomato. Dinner:  apple, blueberries, broad beans, macaroni cheese, yoghurt. Snacks/Other:  jam, latte, mince pie, satsuma, stollen.
