Fat: 63.13g | Prot: 60.22g | Carb: 162.39g.   Breakfast:  Total 0% Greek Yogurt, frozen berries, latte. Lunch:  tomato soup trader joes, laughing cow classic swiss, egg whites, orange juice. Dinner:  tomatoes, Southwest Chopped Salad, cucumber, avocado, Pumpkin Bread & Muffin Mix. Snacks/Other:  triscuit, blue cheese, honey, white wine.
