Fat: 59.73g | Prot: 78.12g | Carb: 247.03g.   Breakfast:  banana, frozen berries, latte, red wine, Total 0% Greek Yogurt. Lunch:  carrot, liquid egg whites, olive oil spray, orange juice, strawberry, tomato roma, Total 0% Greek Yogurt. Dinner:  almond joy, cheese pizza, doritos toasted corn, minestrone soup. Snacks/Other:  apple, peanut butter, ritz crackers.
