Fat: 132.77g | Prot: 95.20g | Carb: 32.66g.   Breakfast:  avocado, cabot extra sharp cheddar, great value diced tomatoes, great value heavy cream, Regular Coffee, torani sugar free chocolate syrup. Lunch:  feta cheese, griilled chicken breast, mixed salad greens, olive oil, pepperoncini peppers, red wine vinegar, Sauteed Mushrooms, Onions and Bell Peppers. Dinner:  extra sharp cheddar cabot, great value salmon fillet, mayonnaise dukes, spaghetti squash. Snacks/Other:  Diet Coke.
