Fat: 38.15g | Prot: 78.46g | Carb: 146.87g.   Breakfast:  Calcium, clementine, fish oil, multi vitamin, slimfast shake. Lunch:  heart of palm canned, lettuce, orange, slimfast shake. Dinner:  Arugula Lettuce, California Blend Vegetables, Chicken Wing, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat), Hearts Of Palm (Canned), Light Mozzarella String Cheese, Yellow Sweet Corn. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Hazelnut Spread, Nonfat Honey Greek Yogurt, Peanut Butter & Honey, Raspberries.
