Fat: 38.15g | Prot: 78.46g | Carb: 146.87g.   Breakfast:  multi vitamin, fish oil, Calcium, slimfast shake, clementine. Lunch:  lettuce, slimfast shake, orange, heart of palm canned. Dinner:  California Blend Vegetables, Chicken Wing, Yellow Sweet Corn, Arugula Lettuce, Hearts Of Palm (Canned), Light Mozzarella String Cheese, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat). Snacks/Other:  Raspberries, Bananas, Nonfat Honey Greek Yogurt, Hazelnut Spread, Peanut Butter & Honey.
