Fat: 93.51g | Prot: 41.85g | Carb: 224.28g.   Breakfast:  Cream (Half & Half), pear. Lunch:  lettuce, carrots, tomato, avacado, athenos feta cheese, naturally fresh , tortilla chips. Dinner:  udon noodle, ground chuck, sesame oil, chili oil, 7 up. Snacks/Other:  pretzel sticks, harp beer, peach schnapps.
