Fat: 112.31g | Prot: 98.98g | Carb: 214.48g.   Breakfast:  Cream (Half & Half). Lunch:  CHICKEN BREAST, mexican rice, guacamole, sour cream, black beans, tortilla chips, queso. Dinner:  quarter pounder, mcdonald's medium fries. Snacks/Other:  sugar, half and half, mcdonald's chocolate chip, vodka.
