Fat: 49.44g | Prot: 147.69g | Carb: 417.79g.   Breakfast:  Light Cheese Heads String Cheese Sticks, Dry Roasted Pistachio Nuts (with Salt Added), Bananas. Lunch:  Whole Wheat Spaghetti, Tuscano Marinara Sauce, Seafood Medley (Shrimp, Calamari, Scallops), Fat Free Ranch Dressing, Red Tomatoes, Romaine Salad, Trop50 Juice (50% Less Sugar, Some Pulp). Dinner:  White Sweet Corn (Cream Style, Canned), Brown Rice, Cauliflower, Imitation Alaska King Crab (Made From Surimi), Fish and Vegetable Soup (Sopa De Pescado). Snacks/Other:  Milk Chocolate Bars (Individually Wrapped), Vegetarian Chili (with Meat Substitute), White Rice.
