Fat: 49.44g | Prot: 147.69g | Carb: 417.79g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Dry Roasted Pistachio Nuts (with Salt Added), Light Cheese Heads String Cheese Sticks. Lunch:  Fat Free Ranch Dressing, Red Tomatoes, Romaine Salad, Seafood Medley (Shrimp, Calamari, Scallops), Trop50 Juice (50% Less Sugar, Some Pulp), Tuscano Marinara Sauce, Whole Wheat Spaghetti. Dinner:  Brown Rice, Cauliflower, Fish and Vegetable Soup (Sopa De Pescado), Imitation Alaska King Crab (Made From Surimi), White Sweet Corn (Cream Style, Canned). Snacks/Other:  Milk Chocolate Bars (Individually Wrapped), Vegetarian Chili (with Meat Substitute), White Rice.
