Fat: 83.48g | Prot: 88.72g | Carb: 181.45g.   Breakfast:  Iced Coffee with Cream and Sugar, Trail Mix with Chocolate Chips, Nuts and Seeds (Unsalted). Lunch:  Hawaiian BBQ Chicken, White Rice. Dinner:  True Thai Tom Yam Soup, Pork Belly, White Rice. Snacks/Other:  Rum and Cola, Graham Crackers (Chocolate Coated), Salami.
