Lunch:  Saltine Crackers, Deli Style Sliced Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Vegetarian Vegetable Soup. Dinner:  Beef Steak (Lean Only Eaten), Baked Potato (Peel Eaten), A.1, Steak Sauce, Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt, Mixed Vegetables (Drained Solids, Canned), Butter (Salted). Snacks/Other:  Light Cranberry Juice, Strawberries, Sweet or Dark Chocolate.
