Fat: 86.97g | Prot: 106.09g | Carb: 184.00g.   Breakfast:  Egg, Puerto Rican Style Rice with Chicken (Arroz Con Pollo). Lunch:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Mixed Green Salad, Salad Dressing. Dinner:  Baby Brussels Sprouts & Butter Sauce, Italian Sausage, Meatless Quesadilla with Cheese, Mexican Rice. Snacks/Other:  Caffe Latte (Tall), Diced Peaches in 100% Fruit Juice, Grapes, Greek Style Nonfat Yogurt with Fiber - Plain.
