Lunch:  Avocado, Low Calorie Salad Dressing, Mixed Salad Greens, Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat), Tomatoes. Dinner:  Broccoli, Brown and Wild Rice, Salmon, Table Wine. Snacks/Other:  100% Natural String Cheese, Butter, Caramel Crunch Protein Bar, Organic & Artisan-Baked Whole Grain Klassic 3 Seed, Seeded Spelt, Tofu Pate - Mild Jalapeno.
