Lunch:  Wild Copper River Coho Salmon, Mixed Salad Greens, Tomatoes, Avocado, Black Olives, Litehouse Lite Honey Dijon Dressing. Dinner:  Seasoned Shredded Pork in Original BBQ Sauce, Pulled Pork, Asparagus. Snacks/Other:  Turkey stick, Almonds, Low Fat Plain Greek Yogurt, Grapes, Strawberries, Blueberries, Butter, Seeded Spelt.
