Fat: 90.51g | Prot: 137.51g | Carb: 365.87g.   Breakfast:  blueberries, cheddar cheese, grapes, heinz baked beans (86g), oats, pal sweet, takanashi milk, Tea Unsweetened. Lunch:  almonds (11), cheese and vegetable focaccia, chicken garden salad, italian dressing. Dinner:  grapes, Japanese root vegetable, miso soup, pickled vegetables, salmon, sticky rice. Snacks/Other:  Almonds, caramel candies, Chocolate Squares Classic Selection, Coffee with Milk, mintia, persimmon, Plain Yogurt, stride, Tangerines (Mandarin Oranges).
