Fat: 90.51g | Prot: 137.51g | Carb: 365.87g.   Breakfast:  takanashi milk, blueberries, grapes, oats, pal sweet, heinz baked beans (86g), cheddar cheese, Tea Unsweetened. Lunch:  cheese and vegetable focaccia, chicken garden salad, italian dressing, almonds (11). Dinner:  salmon, miso soup, sticky rice, pickled vegetables, Japanese root vegetable, grapes. Snacks/Other:  Plain Yogurt, persimmon, mintia, stride, Coffee with Milk, Tangerines (Mandarin Oranges), Almonds, Chocolate Squares Classic Selection, caramel candies.
