Fat: 41.66g | Prot: 62.45g | Carb: 222.46g.   Breakfast:  Coffee with Cream, reg. sized berry oatmeal tim Hortons. Lunch:  chili, coffee with cream. Dinner:  baked beans, baked potatoe, chicken breast, cole slaw, cranberry sauce. Snacks/Other:  strawberry fruit bars by edy's.
