Fat: 15.39g | Prot: 20.02g | Carb: 29.36g.   Breakfast:  2% Milk Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Coffee, Deli Select Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg, French Vanilla Liquid Coffee Creamer. Lunch:  zesty southwestern style vegetable.
