Fat: 22.03g | Prot: 41.88g | Carb: 198.89g.   Breakfast:  Cinnamon Raisin Bagels, Coffee, French Vanilla Liquid Coffee Creamer, Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless), Oranges, Strawberry Jam. Lunch:  Campbell's whole grain pasta fagioli, Fat Free Mini Pretzels (0.5 oz Package). Dinner:  2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, canned green peppers, canned tomatoes, chicken breast, dreyers fruit bar, jasmine rice, La Victoria - Enchilada Sauce - Red, Mission - Extra Thin Yellow Corn Tortillas, olive oil, Onions. Snacks/Other:  Almonds.
