Fat: 30.64g | Prot: 61.02g | Carb: 145.34g.   Breakfast:  banana, Coffee, crystal fat free milk, Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg, Nutri-Grain Whole Wheat Waffles, smuckers orange. Lunch:  healthy choice chicken pot pit. Dinner:  Baked or Fried Coated Chicken Leg Skinless, French Style Green Beans, Thai Jasmine Rice. Snacks/Other:  almonds, Green Tea.
