Fat: 49.55g | Prot: 71.78g | Carb: 98.56g.   Breakfast:  barlean's extra virgin coconut oil, crystal fat free milk, Gold Standard 100% Whey - Double Rich Chocolate, Coffee, banana, frozen blueberries. Lunch:  Ready Pac bistro santa fe style, Luna Protein Bar - Chocolate Peanut Butter. Dinner:  Cafe Steamers Beef Merlot. Snacks/Other:  Green Tea.
