Fat: 90.50g | Prot: 172.04g | Carb: 221.15g.   Breakfast:  1% Fat Milk, Kellogg's Pop-Tarts Frosted - Blueberry, Kellogg's Special K Fruit & Yogurt Cereal (Container). Lunch:  Nice! Cheddar Cheese Snack Crackers, Otis Spunkmeyer Chocolate Chocolate Chip Muffin. Dinner:  Fried Battered Fish, Turkey Meat (Cooked, Roasted).
