Fat: 33.38g | Prot: 99.41g | Carb: 201.68g.   Breakfast:  Oikos Greek Nonfat Yogurt = Vanilla, Egg Protein Powder, Blueberries (Unsweetened, Frozen), Fat Free Hazelnut Coffee Whitener. Lunch:  michelinas lean gourmet creamy rigatoni, Bananas. Dinner:  arnolds healthy, healthy choice baked lasagna, romaine lettuge, light italian dressing great value. Snacks/Other:  Portabella hoagie, hoagie bread, provolone cheese.
