Fat: 33.38g | Prot: 99.41g | Carb: 201.68g.   Breakfast: Blueberries (Unsweetened, Frozen), Egg Protein Powder, Fat Free Hazelnut Coffee Whitener, Oikos Greek Nonfat Yogurt = Vanilla. Lunch: Bananas, michelinas lean gourmet creamy rigatoni. Dinner: arnolds healthy, healthy choice baked lasagna, light italian dressing great value, romaine lettuge. Snacks/Other: hoagie bread, Portabella hoagie, provolone cheese.
