Fat: 32.94g | Prot: 73.57g | Carb: 192.99g.   Breakfast:  hard cooked egg, (Mega-T 0 calories)Eclipse Winterfrost Big E Pak Sugar Free Chewing Gum, kroger carbmaster yogurt, Decaf Chocolate Hazelnut Tea, weetabix biscuit, Whole Grain Classics Health Nut Bread. Lunch:  whales crackers, happy farms colby jack cheese, pure protein bar, apple. Dinner:  brownberry sandwich thins, little salad bar vegetable hummus, yogurt activia light vanilla, baked white potato, grapes, Tomato and Basil Pizza Veggie Burgers. Snacks/Other:  Florida Oranges, wasa multigrain cracker.
