Fat: 40.19g | Prot: 84.30g | Carb: 225.70g.   Breakfast:  banana, Decaf Chocolate Hazelnut Tea, Whole Grain Classics Health Nut Bread, planters nutrition energy bar, kroger carbmaster yogurt. Lunch:  pure protein bar, hard boiled egg, gensoy soy protein powder, happy farms colby jack cheese, baked sweet potato. Dinner:  Tomato and Basil Pizza Veggie Burgers, grapes, baked white potato, yogurt activia light vanilla, baby carrots, little salad bar vegetable hummus, brownberry sandwich thins. Snacks/Other:  wasa multigrain cracker, clementine oranges.
