Fat: 70.77g | Prot: 114.23g | Carb: 104.38g.   Breakfast:  Want More Energy Orange, Isalean Creamy Vanilla Shake, Ionix Supreme. Lunch:  Pulled Pork, Beef Brisket (Lean Only Eaten), Sweet Potato. Dinner:  Mixed Salad Greens, Grilled Chicken Breast, Blue Cheese, Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless), Vinaigrette Dressing. Snacks/Other:  Creme Brulee.
