Lunch:  Rigatoni Pasta. Dinner:  100% Whole Wheat Pita Bread, Greek Salad (Half Portion). Snacks/Other:  60 Calorie Milk Chocolate Sticks, ISOFLEX Whey Protein Isolate Powder, Almond Milk, arizona ice tea.
