Fat: 77.15g | Prot: 89.39g | Carb: 238.85g.   Breakfast:  French Vanilla Coffee Creamer, Original English Muffins, reduced fat peanut butter. Lunch:  hard boiled egg, oikos key lime yogurt, mayo packet. Dinner:  pork tenderloin, bulgar, apple granny smith, sugar, butter. Snacks/Other:  luna bar white, weight watchers ice cream cone, reduced fat cheez its.
