Fat: 116.76g | Prot: 182.45g | Carb: 158.96g.   Breakfast:  whey protein, egg, egg whites. Lunch:  whole wheat wrap, provolone, roasted red peppers, tomato, pesto, chicken breast. Dinner:  fried chicken wing, slider bun, ham, cream cheese, gingerbread trader joe's, oreos, carrot cake, taquito.
