Fat: 116.76g | Prot: 182.45g | Carb: 158.96g.   Breakfast:  egg, egg whites, whey protein. Lunch:  chicken breast, pesto, provolone, roasted red peppers, tomato, whole wheat wrap. Dinner:  carrot cake, cream cheese, fried chicken wing, gingerbread trader joe's, ham, oreos, slider bun, taquito.
