Fat: 63.66g | Prot: 68.22g | Carb: 151.06g.   Lunch:  Cheese Nips Baked Snack Crackers 100 Calorie Packs, Avocados , Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Drumstick, Sprouted Rye Bread, Gouda Cheese. Dinner:  Organic Whole Wheat Spaghetti, Organic Marinara Sauce, Ground Turkey, Cooked Kale (from Fresh). Snacks/Other:  Rice Cakes - White Cheddar, Milk Chocolate Kisses, Bananas, Chunky Peanut Butter (with Salt), Rice Cakes - White Cheddar, Gouda Cheese.
