Fat: 63.66g | Prot: 68.22g | Carb: 151.06g.   Lunch:  Avocados , Cheese Nips Baked Snack Crackers 100 Calorie Packs, Gouda Cheese, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Drumstick, Sprouted Rye Bread. Dinner:  Cooked Kale (from Fresh), Ground Turkey, Organic Marinara Sauce, Organic Whole Wheat Spaghetti. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Chunky Peanut Butter (with Salt), Gouda Cheese, Milk Chocolate Kisses, Rice Cakes - White Cheddar, Rice Cakes - White Cheddar.
