Dinner:  Milk (Nonfat), Light Butter, 35 Light Multigrain Bread, Reduced Sodium Tomato Parmesan Soup. Snacks/Other:  90 Calorie Chewy Bars - Chocolate Peanut Butter, 90 Calorie Cereal Bar - Blueberry, Milk Chocolate Coated Raisins.
