Fat: 43.68g | Prot: 84.92g | Carb: 177.78g.   Breakfast:  100% Whole Wheat Bread (Kroger), Bananas, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), KRO REF FF HZLNT CFFEE CREAME, Milk (2% Lowfat Without Added Vitamin A and Nonfat Solids), Natural Creamy Peanut Butter, Sweeteners (Saccharin). Lunch:  Southwest Chicken Salad with Grilled Chicken Strips. Dinner:  Butter Lover's Pop Corn. Snacks/Other:  Apples, Baby Carrots, Cantaloupe Melons, Extra Dark Chocolate Assortment, Hummus with Roasted Pine Nuts, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Werther's Original Hard Candy, Whey Protein.
