Fat: 70.09g | Prot: 113.84g | Carb: 313.28g.   Breakfast:  Rice Krispies, Milk, banana. Lunch:  New england clam chowder, oyster crackers , Chicken Fingers. Dinner:  Soft Oatmeal Farmhouse Bread, Red Delicious Apples, Quaker rice cake snack, Butterscotch Pudding Snack Pack, tea with milk, roast beef. Snacks/Other:  Light and Fit Cherry yogurt, Banana, coffee with cream.
