Fat: 48.59g | Prot: 92.42g | Carb: 251.75g.   Breakfast:  Breakfast Stuffed Sandwich. Lunch:  Thin Sliced Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, Pepper Jack Snacks Cheese Sticks, Cooked Spaghetti Squash. Dinner:  Cooked Spaghetti Squash, Parmesan Cheese (Shredded) , Grilled & Ready Chicken Breast Chunks, Light Creamy Swiss Wedges, Fra Diavolo Pasta Sauce. Snacks/Other:  Sweet Cherries , Red Delicious Apples, Fiber One 90, Seaweed Salad, Kraft Light Mayo, Dipperz apples and chocolate, Dutch Apple Pie.
