Lunch:  Great Value Fancy Mild Cheddar Cheese Shredded, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots). Dinner:  McDonald's French Fries (Medium), McDonald's Grilled Chicken Club.
