Fat: 98.28g | Prot: 75.66g | Carb: 249.40g.   Breakfast:  All Natural Regular Strength Fish Oil, bk bacon egg gouda muffin , bk hash browns, Diet Coke (20 oz Bottle). Lunch:  Charbroiled Cod Fish Sandwich, diet dr pepper, fiber one 90 calorie chocolate bar, hardees small fries. Dinner:  cornbread popper, green giant broccoli and cheese, Pesto & Goat Cheese Potato Cakes, shredded chicken, smart balance butter, Stuffed Cabbage Rolls with Beef in Tomato Sauce, tony roma's honey bbq sauce, water. Snacks/Other:  water.
