Fat: 60.28g | Prot: 184.68g | Carb: 142.33g.   Breakfast:  Holland & Barrett Whey Protein, Flahavan's Organic Porridge Oats, Yeo Valley Natural Probiotic Yogurt Pot, Oranges. Lunch:  Bodypro (Pistachio), Turkey Meat (Cooked, Roasted), Tomatoes, Balsamic Vinegar, Olive Oil. Dinner:  Cooked Tuna, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking). Snacks/Other:  Strawberries, Marks & Spencer Mixed Nuts.
