Fat: 60.28g | Prot: 184.68g | Carb: 142.33g.   Breakfast:  Flahavan's Organic Porridge Oats, Holland & Barrett Whey Protein, Oranges, Yeo Valley Natural Probiotic Yogurt Pot. Lunch:  Balsamic Vinegar, Bodypro (Pistachio), Olive Oil, Tomatoes, Turkey Meat (Cooked, Roasted). Dinner:  Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Cooked Tuna. Snacks/Other:  Marks & Spencer Mixed Nuts, Strawberries.
