Fat: 36.51g | Prot: 61.87g | Carb: 130.10g.   Breakfast:  coffee, eggs, Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk. Lunch:  beetroot, chicken thigh, dressing, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots), Peri-Peri Sauce. Dinner:  Chicken Meatballs, chicken soup. Snacks/Other:  apples, tangerine.
