Fat: 123.80g | Prot: 139.36g | Carb: 194.21g.   Breakfast:  coffee, egg, egg white, fat free milk, margarine, orange juice, white toast. Lunch:  deli flats, miracle whip, reduced fat potatoe chips, tuna fish. Dinner:  brown gravy, cauliflower, margarine, mashed potatoe, meatloaf, peas, pork chop. Snacks/Other:  banana, muffin.
