Fat: 123.80g | Prot: 139.36g | Carb: 194.21g.   Breakfast:  egg white, egg, white toast, margarine, coffee, fat free milk, orange juice. Lunch:  tuna fish, miracle whip, deli flats, reduced fat potatoe chips. Dinner:  meatloaf, brown gravy, mashed potatoe, peas, cauliflower, margarine, pork chop. Snacks/Other:  banana, muffin.
